Overview
Your profile location helps clients understand where you're based. You can update this yourself if you're moving within the same country. If you're relocating to a different country, our team will help you update it.
Steps
To change your location within the same country:
Log in to your Contra account
Navigate to your profile
Hover over your current location and select the pencil icon
Enter your new city or region
Select Save to confirm your changes
To change your location to a different country:
Email hello@contra.com
Include your new address and a document showing proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, lease, or ID)
Our team will review your request and update your location manually
What’s next?
Once your location is updated, it will appear on your profile. This helps clients better understand your availability and time zone.
